Embroidery Guide
Give your logo a stitched finish on suitable polos, hats, jackets and bags.
Choose a suitable product
Embroidery creates the design with stitches rather than ink. Fabric weight, stretch, seams and backing affect the result.
Artwork is digitized for stitching
A logo image must be converted into a stitch plan. An AI, PDF, SVG or PNG logo is artwork, not an embroidery-ready stitch file. Let the team review an existing stitch file before reusing it on a different product or size.
Make your logo readable
- Use clear shapes, solid colors and lettering that stays readable at the intended size.
- Tiny text, hairline strokes, gradients and photographic details may need simplifying.
- Provide the original logo and intended width, not just a screenshot.
- Include thread-color preferences; screen colors are a visual reference.
Plan the placement
Left chest, hat front and bag panels have different available areas. Pockets, curved surfaces, seams and zippers can limit access. Tell us the desired location and dimensions so we can check the chosen product.
Before production
Review spelling, logo proportions, size, position and thread colors. A digital proof shows the planned appearance; fabric texture and stitching create a different finish from a flat screen image.

Common questions
Can a photo be embroidered?
Complex images often need to be simplified into a stitch-friendly design. Send the original for review.
Can one stitch file work on any garment?
Not always. Size, fabric and placement can require changes to the stitch plan.
The team will confirm design adjustments, digitizing needs, pricing and turnaround for your order before production.
